We are looking for a creative, energetic and passionate Video Editor Cum Videographer who can contribute to shooting, editing and producing engaging visual content for a fast-growing real estate brand.
This opportunity is open to both freshers looking for an internship and candidates with 0–1 year of experience who want to build their career in video editing, videography and digital content production.
Key Responsibilities

Shoot and assist with property videos, site walkthroughs, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, office content, interviews, client testimonials and events.

Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube and other digital platforms.

Edit property walkthroughs, promotional videos, event highlights, interviews and brand content.

Handle or assist with camera setup, framing, composition, lighting and basic audio recording.

Create engaging videos using transitions, text animations, captions, motion graphics, sound effects, music and visual effects.

Convert raw footage into polished, engaging and brand-aligned content.

Create strong hooks and engaging edits suitable for social media audiences.

Participate in property/site shoots, events, office shoots and other on-location productions.

Work closely with the Social Media, Marketing, Creative and Sales teams to execute content ideas.

Research trending Reels formats, editing styles, transitions, hooks, music and content concepts.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, video formats and AI-powered creative/video tools.

Organize and maintain raw footage, project files, assets and final exports.

Ensure videos are completed within deadlines while maintaining quality and brand consistency.

Contribute creative ideas for new video concepts, campaigns and property content.
Required Skills

Basic to good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve.

Knowledge of Adobe After Effects is an advantage.

Basic understanding of cameras, lenses, lighting and audio equipment.

Good understanding of video editing, storytelling, pacing, music selection and visual composition.

Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and vertical 9:16 content.

Ability to create engaging and visually appealing social media videos.
-
Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Canva is an advantage.

Familiarity with AI-powered video and creative tools is a plus.

Creative mindset with good attention to detail.

Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced content environment.
Candidate Profile

Freshers, students and candidates with 0–1 year of experience in video editing, videography or content production can apply.

Candidates from Mass Communication, Film Making, Media, Animation, Graphic Design or related fields are preferred but a relevant degree is not mandatory.

Self-taught editors and videographers are also welcome.

Candidates with personal projects, college projects, Instagram Reels, YouTube videos or a portfolio/showreel are encouraged to apply.

Candidates should be comfortable travelling locally for property and event shoots whenever required.
